Chocolate
Peanut Butter Frosting
Only
use creamy peanut butter for this frosting.

3/4 c powdered sugar, sifted |
1/2
c creamy peanut butter |
1/2 c
cocoa |
1 t vanilla |
2/3 c
boiling water |

In
mixing bowl with beaters, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Let cool 1/2 hour before using.

Orange
Cream Cheese Frosting
This
frosting is nice to use with a carrot cake.
6
oz. cream cheese, room temperature |
1/4
c frozen orange juice concentrate |
1/2 c
margarine or butter, room temperature |
4 1/2
c powdered sugar, sifted |
Beat
cream cheese and butter together until light. Add in concentrate,
beat until well combined. Gradually add in half the the powdered
sugar. Add in enough of the powdered sugar to make the frosting
of desired spreading consistency. Store this frosting in refrigerator.
