For those of you still wondering what a &#8216;striper bag&#8217; is, it is an insert placed inside a pastry bag &#8211; that has two separate pockets for different colors of buttercream\/frosting. Fill each side up with different colors, trim end and place in a pastry bag fitted with either a tip or coupler. Dual colors will result in the piping.
