Chocolate Festival at the San Diego Maritime Museum
In San Diego the first part of May with nothing to do? The Maritime Museum of San Diego is partnering up with Mars Chocolate North America to hold their 2nd annual Chocolate Festival in May featuring 3 days of chocolate fun, for adults and for kids.
Friday is their wine and chocolate pairing event “Wine, Cheese and Chocolate: A Festival for your Palette” sponsored by California Fruit Wine and David Bacco Chocolatier Chocolates. Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm is all-ages chocolate fun with demonstrations, a scavenger hunt, and tips on working with chocolate in the kitchen. Both Wine/Chocolate and Beer/Chocolate tastings will be held.
