New Baking Show, for 2011

From the RBA (Retail Bakers of America), the ABA (American Bakers Association) and the BEMA (Bakery Equipment Manufacturers & Allieds), a new trade show called All Things Baking will be in place by 2011 that will fill in the two-year gap on the IBIE rotation every other year.

It will be at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL. on October 2 – 4 of 2011. Details later, but this should be nice to see all the professional exhibits, and will include culinary professionals in all fields, including cake decorators, caterers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, restauranteurs and hoteliers, managers, etc.
