Americas Best Raisin Bread Contest
From The California Raisin Marketing Board, contest for America’s best raisin bread.

What they are looking for: professional and commercial bakers to come up with a raisin bread recipe that can be marketed or commercialized. What they need as far as recipes: all must be in baker’s percentages and pictures of the finished loaf (including cross sections). Prizes are great: 12 winners will get a 5-day trip include to CA, visiting such places as Yosemite, San Joaquin Valley, CIA Napa – to take place Spring ’10. 30 finalists will receive recognition.
