Simple coffee glaze for drizzling on coffee cakes, cakes, yeast breads and more.

Coffee Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• Warm water, as needed

Procedure

1. Mix sugar, butter and coffee with enough water to make glazing consistency.
