Crispies
These
cookies have Rice Krispies, coconut and oatmeal. They're crispy
and good.

cup margarine |

cup coconut |
1
cup sugar |
1
cup oatmeal |
1
cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2
cup walnuts |
1
cup vegetable oil |
1
teaspoon cream of tartar |
2
eggs |
1
teaspoon baking soda |
3
1/2 cup flour |
1
teaspoon salt |
1
cup Rice Krispies (or any brand crisped rice cereal) |
1
teaspoon vanilla |
Preheat
oven to 350°F.
Cream
the margarine, sugars and oil together and add in the eggs. Add
in the flour and rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill, form
into balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Bake for about
10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Variation: Chill dough then scoop using a small cookie scoop. Press each ball into a small dish of granualted sugar then place on baking sheet before baking.
