Tuile Time™ Tuile Stencil Sheets
These wonderful
sheets are perfectly suited for any application of tuile
batter, hippenmasse,
meringues and tempered chocolate, and more.
They fit with a half sheet pan, and if using for baked items, simply place
over a silicone baking sheet. Using an offset spatula, fill the different
shapes. Remove before baking. Many different shapes to choose from, all described
below. With these, no more tracing, drawing and cutting on the lids of all
those plastic buckets....
Made out of
high density polyethylene and is 1/16" thick. Each sheet fits a half
sheet pan, is non-toxic and non-staining, meets FDA and USDA certification
for food processing, and is double punched for hanging if desired. Store flat
or hang for storage. While flexible, do not roll up or bend. Hand wash templates
in warm, soapy water. Air or wipe dry.
